Job summary

Alana Home Care is seeking Weekend In-Home Caregivers to support seniors in West Tennessee. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and work on a weekend schedule. No experience is required and paid training is provided.

Uniforms and equipment are supplied, and a Referral Bonus Program is available for connecting more caregivers to the team. Compensation ranges from $14 to $16 per hour, with benefits including a 401(k) match for both full-time and part-time caregivers;

• Live in West Tennessee area.
• Attendance in working scheduled hours is important.

• Reliable transportation and a personal phone for clocking in and out.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support for activities of daily living.
• Assist with transfers, meal preparation, and mobility tasks.
• Support clients with 24/7 care as needed.
• Maintain safety and dignity while working with clients and families.
