Job summary

Right at Home Austin West is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/PCA for Spicewood and surrounding areas (Marble Falls, Lakeway, Dripping Springs). This part-time, weekends-only role offers base pay of $14–$17 per hour and requires experience with ADLs, gait belt usage, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs) and assisting clients.
• Familiarity with gait belt usage and safety.
• Ability to prepare simple meals and light housekeeping.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping in the home.
• Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, grooming as needed.
• Provide transportation to clients' appointments (valid driver’s license).
• Promote respectful, supportive communication with patients, families, and coworkers.
