Job summary

Right at Home Austin West is seeking compassionate caregivers/PCA in Johnson City and surrounding areas. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help with meals and light housekeeping in clients' homes.

We offer flexible part-time schedules, paid orientation and training, direct deposit, weekly pay, and driver-friendly support to ensure you can arrive at every home ready to care for clients with kindness and respect.

Qualifications

• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at client's home.
• Part-time, flexible scheduling.
• Experience as a caregiver or PCA preferred.
• Base pay ranges from $15 to $22 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients - caring presence brings joy and comfort.
• Prepare meals for clients with nourishment and care.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, tidy home.
• Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, grooming with dignity.
• Provide transportation with a valid driver's license when needed.
• Promote positive, respectful communication with patients, families, and staff.
