Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered with state of CA and active HCA number.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Clearance verified on the Home Care Aide Registry.
• TB certificate up to date.
• Valid I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.
• Completed LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement.
• Completed LIC 501 Personnel Record.
• SOC 341A Statement Acknowledging Abuse reporting.
• Valid driver’s license (if transporting clients).
• Valid vehicle insurance (if transporting clients).
• Minimum of five hours entry-level training prior to client presence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living and personal care activities.
• Support bathing, dressing, ambulation and feeding.
• Provide mouth, nail and skin care; aid with transfers.
• Assist with medication reminders; help with meal planning and housekeeping.
