Home Instead seeks a Caregiver to provide compassionate, client-centered care in Raleigh, NC. You will build relationships with clients, assist with daily activities, and work closely with a supportive office team.

Expect ongoing training, 24/7 team support, and opportunities for growth. This part-time position offers weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and eligibility-based benefits including medical/dental/vision and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred but not required)
• Minimum of two professional references
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual encouraged)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
• Dedicated support from our passionate team, available 24/7.
• Leverage our mobile app for real-time updates on client needs, schedule management, and earnings tracking.
