Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in our community-based programs. You will assist with personal care, help participants engage in community activities, and work with a supportive team to promote independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, time-management, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support those who have behavioral challenges or other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and participate in activities they enjoy.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
