Sevita is seeking a compassionate caregiver in El Paso, TX to support individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. You’ll assist with daily activities, promote independence, and help participants achieve personal goals.

Pay starts at $9.00 per hour with full benefits for full-time roles. We value empathy, reliability, and teamwork, and provide training and a supportive environment focused on growth and dignity.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
