Cornerstone Assisted Living is hiring Weekend Caregivers (CNA, HHA, or PCA) to join our team in Plymouth, MN. This every-other-weekend, part-time position offers a predictable schedule and 8-hour weekend shifts from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, with a $17.60–$20.60 hourly wage and a $1.25 evening shift differential.

You’ll provide person-centered care, assist with ADLs, document services, and collaborate with a compassionate care team to promote dignity and well-being for residents.

Qualifications

• CNA/HHA/PCA experience preferred but not required.
• Med passing experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for geriatric care.
• Strong communication skills with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per care plan.
• Take and record vitals and report changes to the nurse.
• Document services performed on the charting system.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
