Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Springfield, MO, is seeking an on-call caregiver for Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 8:00 AM to support geriatric clients with compassionate, one-on-one care.

The role offers starting pay of $16 per hour, flexible scheduling, and benefits; you'll perform personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship while maintaining safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug test.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing/cleaning up after meals.
• Bathing/personal care.
• Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Laundry.
