Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team for daily in-home care. You will provide compassionate support, assist with daily living activities, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

The role offers guaranteed hours, 35 hours per week, and a Monday–Friday schedule with paid training and benefits. You’ll drive between multiple clients, reporting any changes in condition promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Caregiver role requires reliability and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients with higher acuity needs, including transfers and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping and medication reminders.
• Run errands as needed.

We are looking for a reliable caregiver who wants guaranteed hours and consistent weekly pay!

What we offer:

• $770 guaranteed weekly pay for 35 hours
• Mileage paid from client to client
• If a client cancels, you still get paid
• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM
• One-hour unpaid lunch

What you need:

• Must be available 8 AM–4 PM every weekday
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to drive to multiple clients with 2–3 hour shifts
• Must track mileage between clients
• Dependable and compassionate

Important: Guaranteed hours are based on your availability and ability to work. Sick days and personal time off are unpaid.
