Phoenix Home Care in Springfield, MO is hiring an immediate full-time caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support. You’ll work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with guaranteed hours and 35-hour weeks, plus mileage reimbursement and paid training.

This role emphasizes building one-on-one connections, assisting with daily living activities, mobility transfers, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and errands.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and provide safe transfers.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients with higher acuity needs, including transfers and feeding assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping and medication reminders.
• Run errands and monitor changes in condition.

We are looking for a reliable caregiver who wants guaranteed hours and consistent weekly pay!

What we offer:

• $770 guaranteed weekly pay for 35 hours
• Mileage paid from client to client
• If a client cancels, you still get paid
• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM
• One-hour unpaid lunch

What you need:

• Must be available 8 AM–4 PM every weekday
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to drive to multiple clients with 2–3 hour shifts
• Must track mileage between clients
• Dependable and compassionate

Important: Guaranteed hours are based on your availability and ability to work. Sick days and personal time off are unpaid.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 LBS.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
