Job summary

Comfort Keepers Home Care in Shelby, NC is seeking compassionate caregivers for weekend shifts to help seniors stay safely at home with dignity and joy. You’ll perform one-on-one care, assist with daily activities, and support families in a trusted, caring environment.

This role emphasizes hands-on personal care, empathy, patience, and reliability. CNA/HHA/PCA experience is a plus as you join a team that values heart and dedication.

Weekend Caregiver

Do you have a heart for helping others live safely and joyfully at home? Comfort Keepers Home Care in Shelby, NC is seeking compassionate, proactive caregivers to join our trusted team for weekend shifts, which may include 12-hour shifts.

What You'll Do as a Caregiver:

At Comfort Keepers, caregiving is more than a job - it's a calling. You'll provide one-on-one care that helps seniors maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes. Responsibilities include:

Personal Care:

Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, feeding, and other hands-on personal care needs while promoting independence.

Cognitive Support:

Provide compassionate care for clients with dementia using proven techniques to ensure safety and emotional comfort.

Companionship & Household Support:

Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, assist with light housekeeping, and offer meaningful companionship.

You'll build trusted relationships, support families, and make every shift truly impactful.
