Job summary

Comfort Keepers Home Care in Tryon, NC is hiring experienced caregivers to join our trusted team. We offer day, evening, overnight, full-time and part-time shifts and value caregivers who provide one-on-one care to help seniors live safely and joyfully at home.

You will assist with personal care, provide companionship, manage light housekeeping, and help with medication reminders, all while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Available to work weekend shifts.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and reliability.
• CNA, HHA, and PCA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver:

At Comfort Keepers, caregiving is more than a job—it’s a calling. You’ll provide one-on-one care that helps seniors maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes. Responsibilities include:

Personal Care:

Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, feeding, and other hands-on personal care needs while promoting independence.

Cognitive Support:

Provide compassionate care for clients with dementia using proven techniques to ensure safety and emotional comfort.

Companionship & Household Support:

Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, assist with light housekeeping, and offer meaningful companionship.

You’ll build trusted relationships, support families, and make every shift truly impactful.
