Woodlake Legacy Senior Living in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe and comfortable home.

This PRN role offers a compassionate, team-focused environment with flexible scheduling and a benefits package including PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and an active BLS/CPR certification; prior caregiving experience is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform bending.
• Knowledge of caregiving practices and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe living environment for residents.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents' conditions.

Now Hiring: Caregiver/Care Worker/ QMAP for PRN ONLY

Responsibilities of a Caregiver:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence to residents.
• Assisting with meal preparation and serving.
• Supporting residents in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in residents' conditions.

Qualifications of a Caregiver:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Caregiving experience either in Assisted Living or other health care setting preferred.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and be able to perform frequent bending.
• Must have knowledge of practices and procedure of caregiving care sufficient enough to follow accepted practices.
