Job summary

Woodlake Legacy Senior Living in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Caregiver/Care Worker/ QMAP for PRN shifts. The role supports residents with daily living activities, provides companionship, and helps maintain a safe, clean living environment.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Prior caregiving experience is preferred; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Previous Caregiving experience preferred (in Assisted Living or health care).
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and perform frequent bending.
• Knowledge of caregiving practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence to residents.
• Assisting with meal preparation and serving.
• Supporting residents in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in residents' conditions.
