Job summary

Woodland Estates Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver to provide compassionate daily care in our Denver, CO community. The role supports residents with activities of daily living, maintains a safe and clean environment, and assists with housekeeping and facility operations.

The job emphasizes timely, respectful care, adherence to safety practices, and cooperative teamwork with staff and management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience in Assisted Living or healthcare preferred.
• Annual TB testing and/or screening.
• Must be able to lift and perform frequent bending.
• Knowledge of caregiving practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes job duties in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
• Recognizes and responds to priorities in the performance of his/her duties.
• Cooperatively responds in performing resident care tasks.
• Assists and/or provides reminders to residents in the performance of Activities of Daily Living.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for self, residents, and others.
• Performs housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned.
• Assists with the operations of the facility.
• Participates in fire drills and other safety and risk management activities
• Demonstrates a cooperative manner in meeting the special event needs of the facility
