Actikare Responsive In Home Care in Bothell is hiring immediately for weekend caregivers, CNAs, or HCAs to support seniors at home. Shifts are 4 hours, with additional shifts available.

We provide compassionate care, companionship, mobility assistance, personal care, light housekeeping, and meals. Requirements include WA CNA or HCA certification (or current enrollment), reliable transportation, background check, English literacy, US work authorization, and a strong commitment to reliability.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA certification in Washington or enrollment in training
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint checks
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
