Pathways to Community is looking for a Weekend Lead to support individuals and lead a compassionate team in Maple Grove, MN. The role involves supervising weekend shifts, assisting with daily activities, and coordinating transportation and events.

You will oversee medication administration, safety, and documentation while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality care. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Have daily access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Able to pass DHS and nationwide background check.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily needs including personal cares.
• Schedule activities and coordinate events.
• Administer medications as needed.
• Assist with cooking and housework.
• Ensure house safety and provide constant supervision.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community events.
• Coach and mentor staff; maintain documentation and logs per guidelines.
