Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old and have a valid Texas driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, or SUR certification preferred.
• Experience in direct care with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Able to enter data into a computer and perform basic math.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Verify, administers and record medications and medical treatments.
• Prepare and serve meals for up to 7 people.
• Provide care and training aligned with treatment plans for individuals.
• Attend to daily activities and report incidents and observations.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies with good judgment.
