Job summary

Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living is seeking a Care Manager (CNA/CHHA) for weekend coverage, Friday through Monday. This part-time, hourly role supports residents with daily living activities under the Health & Wellness Director.

The position requires CNA/CHHA credentials, experience with the elderly, and strength to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities include personal care, meal assistance, and accurate shift documentation.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide
• Experience with elderly population preferred dementia experience

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding per care plan
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents
• Escort residents to meals and activities
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, safe and fed during shifts
• Document all services provided during shift
• Report any change in condition to supervisor promptly
