Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid Certified within 90 days of hire.
• YMCA Child Abuse Prevention Trained within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience working with others.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to American Camp Association (ACA) standards.
• Maintain activity areas; keep them clean, stocked, and ready for use.
• Work weekends and select holidays; support various groups and events.
• Assist with event setup/tear-down; move furniture and reset spaces.
• Support buffet-style meal service; bus tables and maintain dining spaces.
• Provide parking and traffic support for events as needed.
• Assist groups with activity needs and provide general program support.
• Identify and report equipment or safety issues promptly.
• Perform additional duties to support camp operations.
