Job summary

Wachter is seeking a Staff Safe Agent to join our fast-paced, 24/7 call center, onsite in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The position supports participating businesses nationwide using the StaffSafe system to ensure welfare of staff and customers.

Part-time shift: Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am–3:30 pm. Responsibilities include fielding live assistance, de-escalating conflicts, and coordinating with local emergency services as needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass standard background checks & drug testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Well-spoken and able to stay neutral, calm, and focused under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of customer-service experience.
• Able to work in a team and willing to overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Field live assistance calls from participating clients nationwide.
• De-escalate conflicts and provide reassurance.
• Contact local emergency services when necessary.
• Perform data entry.
• Monitor CC-TV.
