Job summary

EMCOR Government Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Building Engineer for the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum account in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington DC 3rd Class Stationary Engineer License.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial or government facilities.
• Must complete OSHA 10 General Safety and Health training (provided by EMCOR).
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays 10:00am–6:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical systems via BAS and log events.
• Respond to fire alarms and assist Fire Department as needed.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Ensure safe, professional execution of work and proper documentation.
