Job summary

Azul Hospitality invites a friendly hospitality professional to join the Embassy Suites Scottsdale team. You will set up and serve breakfast, greet guests, and maintain a clean, welcoming lounge area while ensuring safety and brand standards.

The role requires attentiveness, strong guest service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. A High School diploma and customer service experience are preferred; a Food Handlers card may be required by local regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year previous customer service experience required.
• Must be able to obtain and provide Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Set up complimentary breakfast areas and pull stock sheets for inventories.
• Greet guests and assist with stations and directions.
• Clean lounge areas, maintain countertops, and ensure cleanliness of equipment and surfaces.
• Break down stations, restock supplies, and prepare lounge for next shift.
