Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure a clean, inviting breakfast area and friendly guest service. You will set up the breakfast bar, monitor inventory, and assist with food preparation and replenishment to maintain brand standards.

The role requires good English communication, flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays, and a positive team attitude to support guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English and effectively communicate with Team Members and Guests.
• Six months Customer Service, hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must work well as part of a team and follow hotel procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain breakfast bar with brand standards in a clean, organized presentation.
• Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies for each day.
• Assist with setup of prepared foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices.
• Restock self-service food and supplies as needed.
• Clean and reset tables and service areas; report maintenance issues.
