Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to support daily breakfast service across our hotel properties. You will set up the breakfast area, maintain clean, organized presentation, restock items, and assist with guest requests to ensure a memorable guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication, be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and thrive in a team environment while following standard procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to understand and follow a checklist.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work as part of a team and without constant supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the Breakfast Bar with brand standards.
• Take inventory of foods, beverages and supplies.
• Assist with setup of prepared foods such as fruit and coffee.
• Arrange serving dishes, utensils and cups.
• Set up and arrangement of cold foods like pastries.
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated.
• Restock self-service food and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
