Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting presentation for guests. You will assist with inventory, prepare foods like fruit and coffee, and restock items while maintaining brand standards.

Employees must communicate in English, work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays, and provide excellent customer service. High school diploma preferred; uniforms provided; comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must understand, read, write and speak English and communicate with guests.
• Six months of customer service, hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the Breakfast Bar in a clean, organized, brand-compliant presentation.
• Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies for the day.
• Assist with setup of prepared foods: fresh fruit, coffee and juices.
• Set up serving dishes, utensils, cups and other products.
• Arrange cold food items such as rolls, muffins and cereal.
• Clear and clean tables as guests vacate; remove trash from service area.
• Restock self-service food and supplies as needed.
• Wash serving equipment and return to storage; respect safety protocols.
• Inspect areas for safety hazards and report maintenance issues.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor/manager and complete daily projects.
