Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Hospitality Attendant to help deliver exceptional dining experiences by setting up the hospitality area, greeting guests, and supporting service staff in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will maintain a clean and organized area, complete side work, clear and reset tables, and follow brand standards, policies, and safety regulations while providing friendly, attentive service. Full benefits are available for full-time team members.

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Job description

The Hospitality Attendant is responsible for set up, clearing and cleanliness of the hospitality area in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state, and local regulations. As a Hospitality Attendant you play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to patrons.

What you'll be doing

• Set up hospitality area before service, arranging tables and chairs, and ensuring proper table settings.
• Greet guests, and may serve food and beverages following policies, procedures, brand standards, alcohol awareness and federal, state and local serving regulations.
• Complete assigned side work and related cleaning duties in the hospitality area.
• Maintain a clean and organized hospitality area by clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Assist with all aspects of service as requested.

Skills and Abilities

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort:

Physical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs. Some work is performed in an interior hotel environment with equipment and machines.
