Job summary

TownePlace Suites Harmaville is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team for weekend shifts starting around 6 am on Saturdays and Sundays. You will prep food, clean areas, restock supplies, and warmly greet guests as part of delivering a pleasant breakfast experience.

The role emphasizes guest service, team collaboration, and promoting brand breakfast options while maintaining cleanliness and efficient operations during service hours.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Basic math and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of daily breakfast service, in-house groups, and hotel features.
• Greet guests and strive to achieve high guest satisfaction scores.
• Assist guests by identifying needs and ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Promote breakfast options and ensure cleanliness, restocking, and proper setup during shift.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and features and services provided by the hotel.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests.
• Be aware of guests’ needs; assist in providing a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on all breakfast options available per brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
• Must possess basic computational ability.

Job Summary
