Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a friendly breakfast associate to support early-morning operations. You will prep, clean, restock, and greet guests during your shift, with shifts starting around 5 am.

You’ll work as part of a welcoming hotel team to ensure a smooth start to every guest’s day. You will maintain a tidy breakfast area, communicate guest needs, promote breakfast options per brand standards, and contribute to high guest satisfaction scores through courteous, efficient

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and capable of prioritizing tasks.
• Strong knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Good verbal and written communication required.
• Experience leading a team or coordinating staff.
• Basic computation abilities.
• Proficient with basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and features and services provided by the hotel.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests.
• Be aware of guests’ needs; assist in providing a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on all breakfast options available per brand standards.

• Highly organized.

• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
