• Maintain complete knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and features and services provided by the hotel.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests.
• Assist guests to provide a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on breakfast options available per brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized.
• Thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment, acting as a team leader.
• Basic computational and computer skills.
