Location: float/flex between St. Joseph, Niles, and Watervliet
Work under the direction and supervision of the RN. Provide one-to-one appropriate observation or frequent safety checks on those patients identified as suicidal, high risk for falls, wandering, or self-injury throughout the shift at the direction of the RN assigned to the patient.
