Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Bistro Cook to prepare delicious dishes for hotel guests in the Bistro by cooking breakfast items and preparing food. Shifts typically run from 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm, with Thursday–Sunday service.

You will handle all aspects of food preparation, service and cleanup, maintain a clean kitchen, and assist with simple banquet cooking on mornings and lunches as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cook or similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Bistro Cook

The Bistro Cook is responsible for preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes for our guests. Shifts usually start at 3:30 pm and go until 11:00 pm. We are hiring for Thursday–Sunday service for hotel guests at the Bistro by cooking breakfast items and preparing food. This includes all aspects of food preparation, service and cleanup. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. We are also looking for someone who can do simple banquet/buffet cooking on some mornings and lunches.
