Shifts vary with AM and PM coverage. The role involves some banquet/buffet cooking mornings and lunches, inventory assistance, and collaboration with kitchen staff to provide a premier dining experience for hotel guests.

Line Cook

The Bistro Cook is responsible for preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes for our guests.

Shifts vary with both, AM and PM shifts available. Serving hotel guests in our restaurant by cooking items and prepping food. This includes all aspects of food preparation, service and cleanup. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. We are also looking for someone who can do simple banquet/buffet cooking on some mornings and lunches.
