Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Urbana, IL is seeking a part-time merchandiser for weekends, stocking Coca-Cola products in retail accounts and ensuring displays and end caps are full.

You will rotate products, monitor dates, and collaborate with store staff to maintain product quality and availability. The role requires physical work, driving to stores, and a flexible schedule; pre-employment background check is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, or related field.
• Flexible with weekend hours and holidays due to customer demand.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on shelves, displays, and coolers, transporting product to the sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove displays, maintain signage, and manage back-stock and damaged product.
• Monitor inventory levels in backroom and communicate with account managers.
• Process damaged product and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Collaborate with store personnel and share recap updates via Teams.
