Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Missouri is seeking Merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts. Merchandisers ensure all beverage sections, end caps, racks and displays are filled for customers. They monitor product date codes and rotate products to ensure best quality and freshness.

Works weekends with two days off during the week, starting at 7 am. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of related work experience; must have a personal vehicle and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery/retail/warehouse/manual labor or related field is required
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Experience with pallet jacks and high loader lifts preferred
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage to the sales floor
• Build, change, or remove product displays following company standards and manage signage and cleanliness
• Manage backroom inventory and rotate stock using FIFO principles
• Evaluate and process damaged product and re-packaging as needed
• Communicate account status and recaps via Teams and pictures
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers
