Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Liberty, MO is seeking merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts, ensuring displays are full and product freshness is maintained. You will rotate products, monitor date codes, and keep fixtures appealing for shoppers.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, building displays, managing backroom inventory with FIFO, processing damaged goods, and communicating with store personnel. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year of related work experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Experience operating pallet jacks and high loader lifts preferred; certification upon hire.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed due to customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Stock products on shelves, racks, displays, and coolers; transport between backroom and sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays per company standards; maintain signage and clean space.
• Manage backroom inventory; report levels with account manager; apply FIFO.
• Evaluate and process damaged products; re-pack and rotate stock weekly; complete paperwork.
• Communicate with accounts and team; share recaps and photos; coordinate with store personnel.
