Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid driver9s license required.
• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to rooms and help with luggage.
• Inspect rooms for order and supplies.
• Explain in-room features (TV, phone, movies).
• Provide information on services, facilities, and attractions.
• Page guests in lobby and dining areas.
• Deliver messages and run errands.
• Maintain the courtesy van (wash, clean, fuel).
• Raise and lower flags as required by policy.
• Keep lobby clean and entrances tidy.
• Attend monthly front desk meetings.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Deliver room service orders and pick up items for laundry.
• Call taxis for guests and transport them around the property.
• Keep records of service calls.
• Report to work on time in uniform according to policy.
• Greet guests in a friendly, warm manner and uphold OHM culture.
• Perform other duties as required.
