Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC seeks a Bellman/Shuttle Driver at the Cambria Hotel Omaha Downtown. You will escort guests, assist with luggage, explain room features, and share information about services and attractions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Escort incoming hotel guests to their rooms and assist with luggage.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure they are in order and stocked with supplies.
• Explain room features such as TV, telephone, and in-room movie systems.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Page guests in the lobby, dining areas, and other parts of the property.
• Deliver messages and run errands as needed.
• Maintain the courtesy van, including washing, cleaning, and fueling.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Perform other duties as required.
