Qualifications

• High School Education OR equivalent and two years responsible employment history.
• Experience in Human Services or related field preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle; Class E license if required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor assigned patients, assist with daily living tasks, de-escalate crises, and follow safety protocols.
• Plan and lead therapeutic activities and group sessions to support skills and coping.
• Document observations and incidents in EHR or paper records as required.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other staff to coordinate care.
• Assist with discharge planning and aftercare coordination.
