You will monitor patients, assist with daily living tasks, and participate in therapeutic activities with a focus on safety and well-being.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or GED, two years of related work, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• High School Education or GED with two years of relatable employment history.
• Experience in Human Services or related fields preferred.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Actively monitor assigned patients, attend to immediate needs, assist with daily living tasks, de-escalate volatile situations, and notify nursing staff of changes.
• Plan, lead, and evaluate therapeutic activities and group sessions to support skill development and coping strategies.
• Maintain clean, organized living spaces and reinforce positive behaviors aligned with treatment goals.
• Document observations and incidents in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Support implementation of individualized treatment plans including psychosocial and milieu-based interventions.
