Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor assigned patients, attend to immediate needs, assist with daily living tasks, de-escalate volatile situations, and notify nursing staff of changes.
• Plan, lead, and evaluate therapeutic activities and group sessions to support skill development and coping strategies.
• Maintain clean, organized living spaces and reinforce positive behaviors aligned with treatment goals.
• Document observations and incidents in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Support implementation of individualized treatment plans including psychosocial and milieu-based interventions.
