Freshstart Recovery in South Phoenix is seeking experienced Caregivers/BHTs to join our residential treatment team serving male and female adults. If you are punctual, self-motivated, and compassionate, reply with your resume and availability.

The role entails direct care, support in individual and group settings, and collaboration with clinical staff, with a focus on confidentiality, safety, and client well-being.

Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License and CPR certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provision of support in individual and group settings.
• Assist the Primary Therapist in caseload management.
• Provide client support during treatment and residence.
• Coordinate and assist with client activities.
• Maintain a safe, client-focused treatment environment.
• Support clinical and admissions staff as needed.
• Documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Supervise the therapeutic milieu and manage smoke breaks.
• Facilitate drug screens and report results to the clinical team.
• Ensure client satisfaction with care and adherence to policies.
• Uphold confidentiality and state/federal law requirements.
