Project HOME is seeking a Part Time Support Staff 2 for the Inn of Amazing Mercy in Philadelphia, overnight Saturday and Sunday 12AM-8AM. You will assist residents with daily living, ensure safety, support crisis de-escalation, and maintain site health and community resources connection.
Required are a high school diploma or GED, a ServSafe certificate within 90 days, and at least 1 year of experience in behavioral health or homelessness services.

Support Staff 2 will assist residents in achieving recovery and wellness goals, fostering a culture of peer support, and connecting with community resources while role modeling positive behaviors. They play a crucial role in maintaining community peace and security, orienting new residents to program protocols, and promoting a supportive living environment.
Prepare and serve meals/snacksasdesignated times asrequired. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and oversee kitchen clean up (wash dishes, empty trash, etc).
Assist residents to comply with taking their prescribed medications per medication monitoring policy and site protocols.
