Job summary

Turning Point Centers in Utah is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate Weekend Manager to lead weekend staff and oversee daily operations across RTC locations, ensuring high-quality client care and strong interdepartmental communication.

The role requires hands-on leadership, staff coaching, scheduling, and the ability to respond to incidents while maintaining regulatory compliance in a dynamic treatment environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 21+ years of age; valid driver's license.
• Cannot pass DHS background check.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team managing experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, healthcare, or residential services.
• Experience in logistics, schedules, staffing, or operational workflows.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations Director and department leaders to ensure effective operations and continuity of care across residential programs.
• Collaborate with BHA Manager Team to maintain consistent staffing and operational standards across RTC locations.
• Own onboarding, training, coaching, and supervising Behavioral Health Associate staff; manage scheduling and shift coverage.
• Provide ongoing performance management, corrective action, and staff support.
• Serve as primary operational leader during weekend hours and respond to incidents and escalations.
• Oversee facility operations including supply management, inventory, transportation coordination, and vendor support.
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to facilities, safety, maintenance and day-to-day program needs.
• Ensure programs maintain a safe, organized, compliant and therapeutic environment.
• Oversee compliance with policies, medication procedures, safety standards, documentation, and regulatory expectations.
• Ensure staff maintain required certifications and training; conduct audits and quality reviews.
• Maintain communication across departments and provide regular staffing and operational updates.
• Travel between locations as needed; hold a valid driver's license and pass background screenings.
