Turning Point Centers is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate I to support adults in residential treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders. You will work with therapists and medical teams to provide a safe, empathetic environment and ensure accurate documentation of client progress.

The role includes intakes, boundary setting, mood rounds, non-clinical group facilitation, off-site transport, medication management, light housekeeping, and incident escalation.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass a federal background check.
• Must have a valid driver1 license.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to engage patients in a trauma-informed environment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct client intakes and document details.
• Maintain healthy boundaries with clients.
• Round, document location, mood, and activities.
• Facilitate non-clinical groups and recreational activities.
• Transport clients off-site using a 15-passenger van (no CDL).
• Manage medication administration and safety inspections.
• Perform light housekeeping and complete detailed documentation.
• Utilize electronic medical records for client data.
• Handoffs between shifts and escalate issues as needed.
