Job summary

Harboroaks is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to join our daytime team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on patient safety, structured care, and compassionate support within a collaborative clinical setting.

You will provide hands-on care, maintain a safe environment, and work with nursing leadership to support patient recovery, growth, and well-being through predictable schedules and professional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification; Training provided on hire.
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrate a compassionate, professional approach with patients and team members.
