Job summary

Harboroaks is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to join our care team. You will provide direct patient care under clinical leadership and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment that supports recovery.

We value empathy, teamwork, and professional approach, with scheduled hours and opportunities for growth. CPR and de-escalation certifications are required or training provided on hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
