Job summary

Crown ABA in Bowie, MD is seeking a BCBA for a weekend-focused, part-time role that respects your clinical expertise. You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train families, and document progress with strong clinical leadership and operational support from our team.

Starting pay is $110 per billable hour, with schedules built around your weekend availability and a growing company that values your input and collaboration.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and state licensure as applicable.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering supervision.
• Ability to provide caregiver training and family support.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear, collaborative communication.
