Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time hourly role in hybrid work (remote + in-person) in sunny California. You’ll manage a small caseload of amazing kids and families and supervise RBTs in schools and homes.

The schedule is flexible (10–20 billable hours per week) with pay ranging from $65 to $85 per hour and a supportive leadership team. If you value balance, growth pathways, and meaningful outcomes, this is for you.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
