Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time or part-time hourly role. Pay rate is $70–$80 per hour.

This position offers a hybrid schedule (remote and in-person) with 5–20 billable hours per week and a minimum of one year of ABA experience. You will manage a small caseload, supervise RBTs in schools and homes (telehealth included), conduct assessments, and design individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
  • Ability to supervise RBTs in schools and homes.
  • Strong communication with families and teams.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours.
